If you are a previous or existing patient, you can contact Shelley directly via phone or email to discuss how to make an appointment (see Contact tab for details).

Referrals can be sent in via email or via postal address, or can be brought to the first appointment.

New Patients

Please note there will be periods of time regularly when Shelley is unable to take new referrals.
